Report a vulnerability

Our devices sit in control cabinets that run for ten years and more. If you find a vulnerability in an EMU product, we want to know about it – before somebody else exploits it.

How to report

Write to the security address. Encrypted communication is welcome – you will find the public key on the right.

Please write in German or English. We cannot process reports in other languages.

What belongs in the report

  • The product affected, firmware or software version
  • A description of the vulnerability and its impact
  • Steps to reproduce it, as traceably as possible
  • Your contact details for follow-up questions
  • Whether and when you plan to publish
